Thank you all who have complained!
I just bought a Shark Vacuum a few minutes ago, declined all the extra add-ons, and then Bill said CONGRATS! just qualified for a free(?) trip to orlando, please stand by while we transfer you. (I think the shark vacuum is a fine deal, in case you pulled this complaint up looking for Shark Vacuum not greatvacationsnow. But you'll you'll have to run through the following gauntlet if you get the vacuum).
So I get transferred to a new number, Cathleen immediately asks my name and starts telling me about the deal - i had to stop her to ask her name. It sounds like an incredible deal, Orlado (or California [California? that's a big state where? Sonoma Wine Country. Ah, no thanks!])trip for 4, daytona beach after trip bonus, and another trip up to 3 years from now to up to 30 locations, ALL for the low price of $242.
I ask so all this great stuff includes everything except airfare? Well yes, we like to take on the expensive parts of your trip for you.
She immediately then asked Visa or Mastercard and I stopped her and asked for their website. "Well it's a private members only website but the address is doubleyou doubleyou doubleyou dot greatvacationsnow dot com". So I start immediately pulling up the website while she's talking, its comes up fine, then i give her my phone number, fein a disconnected call to stall her and google:

THIS website comes up and I read the first 4 horror stories before she calls back:
"Hello name, we got disconnected. May I have your billing address?"
"Hi Cathleen, thanks for calling back. Would you please put me on your Do Not Call list?"
"Sure. Goodbye"
...and that was it, no question why, what happened, just no money down this tunnel anymore and she was gone.
