On April 6, 2009 I inquired about the 5 day/4 night Summer Bay Resort hotel package which included a 1 week rental car. The website, www.traveljolly.com, advertised this package for $79.00. Upon calling I was informed that it is actually $147.00 which I thought was still a good deal. Into the conversation I was told an additional $60.00 will be required for the per night resort fees and taxes. Still, it was a pretty good deal. The next day, April 7, I called to book my dates for travel. At that time I was told that I will also be responsible to pay an additional $87.00 for the extra fees and taxes on the rental car. Now, a package that I was told was $147.00 is now $294.00. I insisted I wanted to cancel this package and have my credit card credited for the $147.00 charge. The Quality Assurance Dept assured me I will see a credit in about 10 days. When I called my card company, I was told that this resort had charged my credit card three times ($441.00)! I now have to wait an additional 48 hours before I can dispute these charges. DO NOT EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!!!
