Great Company
I've been dealing with Green Earth Scooters for about 2 years and had no major problems. Also, the always answered my calls and emails within 24 hours. Most scooter compaines get really busy come spring/summer. JMHO!

Good Company
I've bought several scooters from Green Earth Scooters. All of them arrived in great shape. Every time I called or emailed they answered within 24 hours. I have been dealing with this company for about two years. I've had a few minor problems such as a bolt being to big for the handlebar assembly and once they did send me a scooter without the kickstand installed. Minor problems.
I've did a little checking and the BBB gives them a C+ rating, which is awesome for a power-sports company.
I am just wondering if competition is posting bad reviews of this company. This company is not perfect, really what company is? Green Earth Scooters seems to really be doing a great job. I've heard about their problems in the past but they seem to be doing a great job now.

No customer service
I bought a scooter from Green Earth Scooters. The scooter came fast and I love the scooter. The scooter did not come with a mso or a bill of sale. I have tried to get in touch through e-mails and to the only phone number listed. Ihave never recieved a response on the e-mails and the one time someone answered the phone and they realized that I needed somthing they put me on hold and never came back. This is a real shame beacouse with just a little customer service and being pickey about the scooters they sell(which I love mine but it does not do me much good without a mso or bill of sale.}this could be a good company, and may I suggest A little more transparency about who you are and other ways to contact you. If you read this and want to correct the problem lookup who you sold a scooter to in Greenville SC on 6/9/11 and give Allen a call or e-mail.

Inferior product false promises of warranty
Purchase a 50cc scooter from this company.Got a scooter with scratches, dents, disconnected hoses and wires which does not work.Company promises warranty of up to 1 yr (depending on part/module) on their web site.They do not answer their phone and do not reply to any email messages so it is impossible to contact them so I paid over $600 for a piece of crap that I need to take to a shop and probably spend a couple hundred more to get it fixed.Check their record with the BBB (WWW.BBB.ORG) and what other customers experienced with them www.ripoffreport.com.

If you care about your money, stay away from them despite their low prices, it will end up costing you much more than that.
