I've been dealing with Green Earth Scooters for about 2 years and had no major problems. Also, the always answered my calls and emails within 24 hours. Most scooter compaines get really busy come spring/summer. JMHO! James

I bought a scooter from Green Earth Scooters. The scooter came fast and I love the scooter. The scooter did not come with a mso or a bill of sale. I have tried to get in touch through e-mails and to the only phone number listed. Ihave never recieved a response on the e-mails and the one time someone answered the phone and they realized that I needed somthing they put me on hold and never came back. This is a real shame beacouse with just a little customer service and being pickey about the scooters they sell(which I love mine but it does not do me much good without a mso or bill of sale.}this could be a good company, and may I suggest A little more transparency about who you are and other ways to contact you. If you read this and want to correct the problem lookup who you sold a scooter to in Greenville SC on 6/9/11 and give Allen a call or e-mail.
