I had made a purchase at Green Gate Gifts for a Birthday present. I was unsure about it and was told that I could return if needed. After I purchased the bracelet and beads, my sister told me that she had already purchased and that any silver (Rodium plated) jewlery that she has gotten from there has turned. I went to the store trying to return the bracelet and some of the beads still in the original packages that I had purchased and was told that I could only get a store credit. My husband had made a purchase of several beads for a Christmas gift and when he found out that the silver ones turn, he returned them for a cash refund with no problem. Again I have caled and emailed the company I have been told that they will only give me a store credit even when they is nothing there that interests me in the store other than the beads (that I will know to never again purchase)
