I am losing a lot of money on my North Carolina properties, Bear River and Hawkeswater. Both properties have declined in value. Most areas of North Carolina now are coming down in price and I just heard that Green Light is still selling properties in Hawkeswater. Investor beware, now is not the time to buy in these areas of NC!
