waiting time on phone 86 minutes +

Attempts to call to cancel further deliveries left me on hold so long I had to resort to written cancellation. My teenage niece is in big trouble for this. While i was out of town she used my lap top & credit card & ordered lots of these type special "deals" in order to get a free WII or lap top. PLEASE CANCEL. DO NOT SEND ANY OTHER PRODUCTS! Cancel any accounts. The 1st 4 numbers of the Visa card are 4862 last 4 are 1529 I will pay any current charges that I have a this time, BUT NO OTHER. I am sorry for any trouble she caused. She is suffering for it. Thank you, Leslie Gray

was advised that i will only pay for free trial and now i am being charged a lot more for this trial

I saw online that the free trial would only cost me 1.oo and when i received the product it was charged for 4.95 for shipping so total it costed 5.95 so i didn't mind at that time, but now that i looked in my account, i see tow more charges and i haven't even bought anything else i just want my money back and get out of that program. order #1042639, when i try to call to cancel this product they say it will take up to 74 minutes for someone to answer the phone call, and now that i hang up & try to call again the line is always busy.
