I order the trial special, then before I could call to cancel the program, they sent me the 2nd month, I called and tried to cancel my order. They talked me into another month at a $10 savings. I told them that I wanted to be called before the next month was charged. They didn't call and charged my account for $29.95. I want the order cancelled and the charge taken off my account.
