i order a trial tv offer, over the phone, for green tea pills for $3.97. i received the pills and three days later i received a 1 month supply at which time i tried to contact the company without any luck. 3 days later another full bottle. each delivery came with no papers, just a bottle in a brown envelope. the company deducted $79.95 a bottle from my account. i never authorized these deductions. the only authorized deduction was $3.97 for the trial. i finally reached the company last week and spoke to ms. jane khalaj who told me "you should have read the fine print", even though i told her many times there was NO FINE PRINT the bottles came alone and i certainly would not have agreed to the trial if i was told a bottle of pills would cost $79.95. i requested that these deliveries be stopped immediately and that i be given credit for two charges of $79.95. i am willing to send back the 2 unopened bottles and the trial offer. she told me she would have the president of the company call me, which has not happened) and i requested a letter confirming my cancellation (that hasn't happened either). she said the president's name is emily stewart. if you call the co. remember they are in arizona even though the address on the envelope is utah. again their number is 1-888-289-9740. the only way i got a number was on my bank statement next to the fraudulant deductions.
