Yes, I hit this company. This is very very very... bad company. When I ask them about my refund, they told me was my credit card company wrong, that means they can not refund for me. But I use my credit card every day, got many refund from other company, nobody tell me my credit card company wrong. So I told them : nobody wrong, just your company wrong.
By the way, I got full refund from WU-YI TEA, WU-YI SOURCE, very fast, just within one week after I sent the tea back.
So, I hope everyone knows Green Tea PRO company, tell everyone you know or unknow people, don't believe this company.Keep away from them.
