My brother received One of these Fake grant checks. He really thought it was real since He has been applying for grants. He went and cashed it at a check cashing place, since he doesnt have a bank account. They cashed it, he brought me the money to return to Donna baker whos is the broker. Since I kept the letter to check it out because I had a bad feeling and also read where it said "Fax to both (888) 238-3440 and (415) 737-1405 because we are in the process of changing offices." That right there alone saids SCAM. I dont want my brother to get in trouble. I told him to go police department or check cashing place to let them know of the situation.
