Imagine my surprise when I checked my e-mail to find notification that my monthly payment has been processed AFTER I had sent an e-mail (the only means of communication listed on the site) to cancel my subscription within the 30 day time limit.

Another e-mail has been sent requesting a refund. I will be contacting my bank and Master Card about this fraudulent charge.
