I ordered a small greenhouse from greenhousesoutlet.com -- one of Gately's family of stores. I was thrilled to find the lowest price, and ordered right away. Now over a month later, I have tried multiple times to call and contact someone through e-mail. I have never been able to get anything back from the company -- no phone call, no e-mail, no refund... and no confirmation from my request to cancel my order. My bank requires that fraud inquiries be submitted within 60 days, so REPORT NOW!! Don't keep waiting for your item to show up, because it isn't going to. I was only scammed out of $269.00, but it isn't right! Please report to the Attorney General... let's get Gately's shut down!
