I recently transfered apartments and the representative from Greenmountain apparently entered the wrong address. So when I came home after work all my food in the refrigerator went bad and the whole time I thought I was experiencing a power outage in the building until I noticed all my neighbors had electricity. I WAS LIVID!!! Greenmountain brushed me off like it was my fault. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them...NEVER!!
