l made and oder on 24th Nov. 2008. the product is free and shipping l understand to be # 4 . plus and l was suprised they withdraw #45.85 from my account without my permission and uptill now l have not received the said product.

please, l need to know when the product will be received by me because any time l called their number is alway busy, no one to assist or talk to personally.
