He fails to explain that the coverage he is selling you is not accepted at any doctor's office. He shows up saying he had too many appointments & he does not have a information booklet to leave for you. He collects the money & by the time you get anything from the insurance company its too late to get a full refund.
I have called him several times & he says he will take care of everything & will call you the next day but he never calls back. I have called the insurance company "Mega health & life" and they never answer the phone & when you leave massage they do not return your calls. I have complained to BBB as well but they not respond to them either. They ripped me off $607 & I was not able to get any doctor to accept the insurance he sold me. Beware of Greg Smith and Mega life and health insurance company.
