My daughter, Alexandra purchased two round-trip tickets to come visit me for Thanksgiving (11/2010) as I had moved recently to Green Lake, WI. These would be for herself and my youngest daughter, Lauren. However, they both ended up with work conflicts. When she went to try and get her money back (purchased on my American Express green card), she was told she would be unable to get her money back and would get some type of tickets in return to be able to use. We have not seen nothing. The cost of the tickets were $78.00 and $19.50.
