I bought a ticket from Minnesota to Florida and now I am unable to make the trip and when I bought the ticket I was never told it was non-refundable and now they refuse to give me back the price of the ticket or at least a portion of it...123.00 is alot of money to go to waste and I work hard for my money as does everyone. Can you help me with this issue??
