Grubstak is Gilbert's newest restaurant. Families start with a base of either regular or sweet potato waffle fries, roasted root vegetables, or romaine spears as a salad foundation, and continue from there with choice of meats, toppings, and sauces. Staks, as the restaurant calls them, can range from a healthy lunch to something more guilt-inducing, and will be available alongside wine or local craft beer.
