My consumer number is 32859 with gruh laxmi enterprise at shapur nagar jeedimetla hyderabad. Few days back, when i called to distributer for booking of lpg gas refill - they told your connection is transferred, they told a telephone number - as 23091232. Till date no one has shown the interest to say hello... etc.

As on now i have 2 cylinder connection & 2nd is already on.

But on one is coming ahead to help me.

I want to know, why, my connection is transferred without informing to me. This shows poor manner & over then irresponsible attitude.
