I am jagannth, I am using airtel from past 3 years. Recently i.e, on jan12, 2011 at around 6pm got a service message showing deduction of Rs 87 from my balance. On spot I called customer care, they suggested me to wait for 3days, after 3days again I called them, they said me to wait for another three days. So as on 18th of jan I called, reply was wait for 2 hours our supervisor will take care of your issue. But still no response, and also now I am not able to talk to any customer care representative, and still my deducted money has not been refunded.
