I have been ripped off by this company! While recooperating from surgery I saw the commercial for GT xpress, so I called to order one and I got an automated system. All I ordered was one, as it was a buy one, get one free offer. I understood that I could pay all at once with a debit or credit card or make 2 payments of 19.95. After giving them my debit card number I wasn't given the option to verify my order or how much would be deducted from my checking account. My call was immediately cut off. After checking my account a few day later I was stunned to see that my account had been debited $223.30 by this company! I couldn't believe it, so I called the customer service number and was told that I had ordered 3 xpress units, which I had not! They said to refuse the items when they were delivered, which I did. After waiting about a week I called again and they told me my account would be reimbursed soon, so I checked about a week later and all that was reimbursed was 129.65! Again I couldn't believe it! So I called back today and was told that the rest of the charge, 93.65 was for shipping and handling!?!? For all of the items whether I ordered them or not! I only ordered 1, but they keep saying I ordered more! Which I didn't, then they said that I ordered more by mistake, and that I still have to pay the shipping and handling of all of them which comes to the 93.65! I am getting nowhere with the customer service people.
