The order was for 1 On The Go unit. I was shipped and charged for 2 units and 4 cookbooks which I declined at the time of the order. I called to complain and decided to return the order; they said to use their prepaid label which I did and they then charged me for the return shipping; the original shipping and handling was 64.75 plus the 20.00 to return the box by using their return postage label. Quite a scam they have going here.
