On 11/23/10 ordered $279.00 worth of merchandise . After approximatley 7 days I statred making contact because I never rec'vd a tracking number. I did recieved a response that said that the tracking # they had was incorrect and that they would check the express (shipping) company. After 37 attempts over a period of 9 weeks to make contact with these people I have never heard anything nor have I recieved a refund. The website prides itself on making everything right with customers and tells you to make contact if your dissattisfied or have a complaint, but the trick is that there is no way to contact them and if your unhappy they just don't respond to your emails. Needless to say I am out $279. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
