I bought from GUARANTEED AUTO in Sandy Springs, GA a 2000 Ford Escort in internet. I paid full to the seller and on Jan. 10, 2011, Guaranteed Auto attempted to deliver the car to me. The car caught on fire inside the
car carrier before I took possession of the vehicle due to undisclosed car problem. Likewise Mr. Nick Hart-manager failed to deliver the certificate of title. When I asked my refund the seller refused to give refund since he think that he sold the item as is condition. However, He did not sold the car "as is" condition because he did not fully conveyed/mentioned in his Ebay Disclaimer that his item sold "as is" condition.
Guaranteed Auto's manager Nick Hart's business conduct is unethical, abusive with unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices. I believe Guaranteed Auto breached an Implied Warranty not to mention that he has high Negative Feedback in Ebay in his username as "Golfnman81". I posted this incident as a guide to other consumers, so the information I provided will benefit others and may help them make sound consumer decisions especialy in dealing with this particular Dealer.
