I was accidentally charged $249 for the room subscription in early September 2010. I was told by David Fredericks, the business owner, in September he would refund my money since I did not order it. He did not refund. I was told in the first week of December he would refund my money. On December 10, 3 months after charging me, he still has not refunded my money. And here is a guy trying to make a business in the financial arena! Would you trust your finances to someone who cannot pay his own bill after saying he would?
