I was also stupid enough to fall for this scam. I have paid them well over 3, 000, money I will never see again. Waiting on the phone to ask for information was a joke. I never could get my questions answered. And that was if they answered the phone. Now they are clever enough to have an automated service answer their phones so you cant even get any on the phone to lie to u. Every time I asked for updates, I got no response. Or I would get the same response, we have no update for you. After everything I have gone through in losing my house its hard to believe that these people are still in business. It's hard to trust anyone let alone the government. I mean these peolpe told me that they could only help me if i went into default on my mortgage. Telling me to stopping paying the bank when i could pay them. Now I'm foreclosure and graudiangroup wont even pick up the phone. Please if you are a homeowner looking for help, whatever you do, DO NOT trust these peolpe withy your money. I only wish I had seen this website before I gave them my money.
