I was buying their product that is a guide few pages of paper that you collect in a binder. I called them to stop future shipments because I lost my job, and I could not afford any unnecessary things. I moved temporarily out of my residence and in the mean time they started to send new shipments without my authorization. I have called their customer service requesting them to pick up their stuff and they have refused it. I offer to pay for the returned but they are obligating me to pay for the stuff. I do not want and cannot afford them. They refused to give any credit back even if I returned the stuff. They have send me to collection, how can you protect yourself from business like this?
