In the recent advertisement of Gulf Mart, it states that every purchase of 20KD items from Gulfmart will get a free gift voucher of 3KD at Sana .

But when i purchased items worth 33 KD, i was told and offered with a gift voucher, that 3KD will be eligible only if I buy minimum 10KD worth items from Sana Fahaheel.

I went and compliant to the Store Manager, but he said he is helpless in this regard..

KIndly advise to proceed further as I feel its a clear cheating to a customer.
