they supplied 1 water meter and electricity meter only for the whole 5 units of offices for their customers who bought the 5 storey building.
also, they supplied only one set of masterkeys for common use for all the 5 units. Besides, the fittings were cheap - all in all they saved tens of thousands of rinngit per building per customer- whom they shortchanged, and reaping off huge extra profits from their clients. Very unethical way of doing business. TOTAL RIP OFF!
On top of these, they started charging maintenance fees when the building cannot be used practically.
Furthermore, they charged 10% for late payment of maintenance fees, while at the same time, they had collected 6 months' deposits for the maintenance fees for which they refused to pay a single sen of interest!
