I had the GutterMaxx system installed in Mar. 2010. The product is excellent but the customer service sucks. One of the helmets on the gutter is not seated properly. I have called and was promised someone would come by and correct it in June. I am still waiting and I have called more than once only to be told that some will be showing up. Still waiting!!!
