I purchased this product and it wasn't a good product. I purchased the extended warranty but i tried to return it withing 30 days but they told me i have to deal with the manufacture. i waited a year and went to one of the sally stores and spoke with one of the employees and he told me i could call the extended warranty number with sally's and they would give me a gift card for the amount i purchased. i called and they told me that something would have to be wrong with the product. sally's has the worst customer service and i will never shop there again. Sally employees should be more trained when it comes to product knowledge and warranty questions. i was told that this was one of the best products and it wasn't.
