My wife and I had been emailing a sales person at Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth, Ga. We came close to the price we wanted after three weeks of e-mails. We went in, with an appointment with sales person, to finalize price. He was busy with other customers. So, we got someone who was not informed on previous talks. After an hour of trying to get our price, the sales manager came out and was very arrogant to us and not willing to talk to us. We left dealership. Upon arriving at home, the first sales person called to find what happen and why. He agreed to get closer to our price and we told him we would come back to buy. The next day another sales manager called to follow up and I told him about the ordeal. We were about to agree on the price again when in the background the branch manager said HELL NO! Tell him not to ever come back in here. I will never go back there, but I will keep notifying everyone I know about this and I have complaint to Honda Corp.
