Dear Sir/Madam,

Dr. Mrs. Madhu Rana from Gynae clinic cheated us the day before yesterday. She lied us that the Copper-T which was inserted into my wife's body was imported from USA by her sister & not an Indian make. Thus she charged us 6 times more of the actual cost. When we asked for the product details & detailed bill she denied. She even didn't allow us to see that product & told us that patient has no right to verify it. She is a big cheater & looting people like this.

Please suggest how can i put a legal complaint against her & get my money back. Should i approach the nearest police station. Please suggest ASAP. The detail of the clinic is
