The sale of broken and dangerous helicopters that catch on fire. Told us to come back in a week. We did and they told is we don't carry that product after Christmas. They refused to refund my 13 year old daughter the $48.00 she saved to buy the helicopter for her dad. The employees would only speak English when they wanted.30 complaints have been made to the mall since Christmas. Manager Refused to solve the issue and shoved the product at me and said "Nothing I can do for you". We filed a complaint with the mall and the manufacture. These people are getting away with ripping of the public. My 13 year old saved along time to buy a helicopter for her dad for Christmas. She is so upset it was her first year to buy a present for her dad all on her own and she not only was stuck with a piece of garbage but lost all her hard earned money.
