Online order for $81 appeared to be free shipping. Confirmation email had notice of ship charges to be added. No amount.

Sent email and phoned to ask charge and complain that this was not on the website. No response except to state ship charges had been added and would not be refunded.

Indeed, tried to order again and no ship charge was mentioned. About a week later they fixed the website to say that a ship charge would be added.

Many useless emails and no refund of ship charge. Even suggested splitting the charge.

A month later they offered to take their product back but it was already open so I kept it but am still chagrined by their rude service and no accommodation for my valid complaint.Was charged $14 shipping from CA to VT for 750 ML jar of cream.

Arrogant phone and email rep. Indeed, rude!
