I ordered the H2O on line on 10/1/08, received email confirmation immediately from Digital Liquidations (email address of [email protected]) with a reference number. Also received email Customer Service, Club Members Direct with a confirmation number. When I got my credit card billing (a month later), I see they got their money on 10/2/08. It listed the following telephone number: 702-813-5210. I still have not received the H2O Mop. I also sent an email to:
[email protected] and [email protected] with NO response from either
I called the 702 number on 11/9/08 and reached the voice mail of a man by the name of John Quiggly that told me to leave a message which I did. Still no Mop. I called again on 11/12/08 and got John's message again, but this time there was an additional message: "Sorry, that mail box is full, please try again later". I called again on 11/14, 11/19/ and 11/21...still got the "sorry" message. So, today I called the (800) 716-1970 number for customer Service, club Members direct and got the following message:

Guess I'm a slow learner! So I did a google search for Digital Liquidations, saw all the complaints there, and in a round about way go to the Complaints Board page and am now writing this complaint.
