I have a complaint with regards to the above Drs Sueing us for monies that was paid to them by our Medical Aid, According to our medical aid the Drs first submission was returned requesting them to re-send as there was Descepencies in the account. They did eventually re-send the account to the medical aid but in the interim sued us for the same amount and the medical aid duly paid them the R881.00 that they requested. We had to land up paying lawyers fees etc to the amount of R5541.00 for a miserable R881.00, I have since contacted the lawyers they say that the were no longer dealing with the above mentioned Drs and that all the money that we have paid in was unfair and that there is a over payment that needs to be returned to us, when i requested the money back they say i must wait till they decide that the monies are owed to us. Not fair I would like this matter to be attended to and some kind of recourse of monies to be paid back as it was not our doing but thier own.
