I went in for highlights and low lights and left with orange hair and an aching scalp. The staff members inferred that the mishap was my fault and rushed me out the door. i ended up getting a color correction and conditioning treatment at another salon and had to have 5 inches of my hair cut off because the ends where breaking off when the stylist would comb it. I will never go to another Regis or Hair Masters ever again.
