Recently I had a "Wash and Wear" permanent at Hairmasters at Highland Hill salon in Tacoma Washington. As I was sitting with Lori, a new employee, since my usual stylist Sharon was on leave, another patron came in with a complaint about a hair cut style she received. (I am sitting there thinking that maybe I should just ask for a hair cut and leave.) I did not. Lori did use the correct rollers, as I use a particular combination. After rolling she put on the solution using 1/2 of the bottle!!! I was thinking to myself something was wrong as my usual stylist uses 1 bottle and at times 1/2 more!!! Then it was neutralizing time. Before that she did rinse me well, then immediately put on the neutralizing solution. With my regular stylist I am usually blotted, but there was NONE. That the rinse. Perm finished. Perm was tight, but ok. 4 weeks later I noticed that there was NO permanent except for the ends. I went back and Stephanie said that my hair would be straight if I had a hair cut!!! How about that ... a permanent that lasts for 4 weeks. There was NO satifaction from the local store. The company at 800-345-7811was just as much help !!! Suzwa [email protected]
