A miscreant with profession as butcher (Azmath Qureshi; owner of Madinah Meat Shop) is renting roofs of buildings in Haiul Wazarat area (Share Zahran Al Janoub) and making illegal construction of rooms in order to sub let and make money. But in the process of making illegal money he is creating a havoc making the life miserable of the residents of buildings. Every other person is his victim; no one is happy with his behaviour in that area. He also sells rotten (expired) meat and chicken. Who should be addressed of this problem ??? Please advise...
