This instructor is certifiably crazy. I joined her class, paid the entire fee up front, found that it wasn't helpful, and requested my money back for the remaining sessions. She demanded in a very rude manner why I was making this request. I exmplained that I didn't find this class helpful & would rather spend my money on a class where I see results. She then refused to give me my money back which contradicts what she tells you when you sign up, completely flipped out, and started verbally attacking me. I don't know if this woman has anger issues but it seems she has some serious problems. I would just recommend to anyone to avoid her and her class. Half Moon Bay has a lot of other classes and local exercise programs where the instructors are much nicer, get you in shape, and aren't rude!
