I purchased a puppy from this breeder, he developed hip dysplasia at 16 months old. We were devastated to learn the diagnosis, the Halls were uncaring and sent nasty emails and were downright cruel in their response to us. What's worse, they told me to give him to a Havanese rescue as this is what they have done in the past. They refused to test their dogs or alter their breeding practices or lines because according to them, health testing doesn't guarantee they won't get a genetic condition. So these carriers are still being bred by this breeder because...they just DON"T care. Look on PuppyFind, it's all about the money.
I've learned you get what you pay for...they're real nice as long as nothing goes wrong, then you're on your own. The resolution didn't come easily and it was on their terms, they will never speak to me again and it's just as well...We are a BYB's nightmare!
