I called Hotels.com on 9-30-09 to reserve at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Their email confirmation read Best Western Hotel. 3 days of calling to correct this to no avail. The supervisor (Laxie) told me it was MY error. When I wouldn't let her pull that, she said it was because I didn't respond to the email until the next morning!! (Wow - less than one business day) Come to find out this company that claims 'we know hotels inside and out' didn't know Best Western has changed its name YEARS AGO and caused all this confusion for nothing. When they thought it was 2 different hotels, they offered to re-book THEIR ERROR WANTING TO AGAIN CHARGE OUR COMPANY $286. They suck!!!
