Three months ago I purchased this ceiling fan from this company at the Home Depot store. I have consistently called this company and I spoke to a representative. I explain the issue I had, one of the five brackets that came with the entire purchase was broken. He told me that in five days the replacement would be shipped to me and it has never arrived. Summer will be over soon and I am still not able to use this fan because of the missing part. This company has failed to its job of being on time with helping out customers.
