I listened to my new Josh Groban cd and did not care for his singing style. I tried to return the cd to the Kmart to get a different cd of the same value or more and they would not do anything about it. Even the store manager said that nothing could be done. I have returned cd's to Wal- Mart before and they have always accomodated me some way or another. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
