I submitted an order but did not a print a confirmation. I did not receive a confirmation and the account was not charged. I thought perhaps the order didn't go through. I ordered again and printed a receipt. Again did not receive a cofirmation. I called, the machine said "not accepting messages." I e-mailed, returned within seconds. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail for my order again and my account has not been charged. I think this company is out of business. The point is this website should not be up and accepting peoples orders and recording credit card numbers if they are not in business! Now I have to be on the look out for a charge, someday...
