On 28/8/2010 Harkers came to remove us. They scratched a TV screen in the process. I paid them 423 pounds.

I informed them but nothing. I again wrote to them & informed their regulatory body. They replied saying their insurance company had lost the letter. In 12 weeks no one has been to see the TV set leaving my family without service. I finally bought a TV. In my opinion Harkers operate without insurance & had no intention of honouring the debt.
