Incident = swap parts from 2005 road glide to 2010 FLHTK. parts were to be installed by HD dealer ae# mufflers, points cover, air cleaner kit, rear brake pedal cover, side leather bags left side and right side, mirrors, fuel door, derby cover, r&r foot boards. passengers foot boards, head air breathers, running boards, They called me, told me it was done, i took it on faith that it was done, so i paid my bill $650.00 worth of labor, when they brought the bike out, nothing had been moved touched or replaced from the old bike to the new one, when i went back in side to complain, the service rep #2 told me the boss will be out to see me, then he left for lunch, no one knew nothing about that was going on, no boss not a soul, there i stood, like fool that just got screwed, now I am out $650.00 no one would to tell me or help me with this swapping of parts, this was in Aug 16th, 2010 when I dropped the bike off, its now Sept 27th 2010 and I am still fighting with them to get the j
