Harper (along with other photographers,) are being targeted by scammers that want to ruin her/their reputation. Anything that is negative from RIPOFF REPORT, PISSED CUSTOMER, COMPLAINTS BOARD ETC.... IS A FALSE CLAIM AGAINST HARPER NOEL PHOTOGRAPHY!
