Received partial order from Harriett Carter and a slip to say that the 2nd item was on back-order. Though a year passed, the order was not filled. I was told, "You should have called us when you didn't get it. It is too late. We can't do anything after a year's time." No refund, no apology. Blame was placed on me for not calling sooner.
